What is a refurbished PC?
A refurbished PC is a computer that has been previously used, then refurbished to be sold again. This involves cleaning, repairing and checking to ensure that it is working properly.
What are the differences between a refurbished PC and a new one?
A reconditioned PC is a previously used product that has been refurbished, whereas a new PC is fresh out of the box and has never been used. Refurbished PCs are generally less expensive than new ones, and help reduce environmental impact by avoiding the production of new devices.
Are refurbished PCs reliable?
Yes, refurbished PCs undergo rigorous checks on more than 50 points to guarantee their reliability and smooth operation. What's more, they come with a Warranty 3-year standard (Apple 1 year) to ensure your peace of mind.

What accessories are included in my order?
When you order a laptop from pc-occasion.be, it always comes with a compatible charging cable.
All our products come with their own high-performance accessories. These accessories are not necessarily the originals, but they are always fully compatible. Rest assured, they work just as well as the original accessories and benefit from the same Warranty than the one linked to your device.

The "PC-Occasion Certifié" label guarantees that the reconditioned PC has benefited from a rigorous selection process, resulting from advanced controls and tests to ensure premium reconditioning.
Order & Delivery
When will I receive my parcel?
We do our utmost to deliver your parcel within 24 hours of placing your order. In some cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer (in the case of customization, configuration requests, out-of-stock items, compelling reasons, etc.).
Can I track my parcel?
As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the delivery driver, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link, enabling you to check the status of your delivery in real time.
What are the delivery costs for refurbished PCs?
Delivery is free for Belgium for orders of €99 or more, excluding VAT. For other destinations, please consult our delivery rates when placing your order.
What is the delivery time for refurbished PCs?
Delivery generally takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on the payment method chosen and product availability. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel.
Can I collect my refurbished PC in store?
Yes, all our products can be picked up in our physical store. So you can pick up your PC directly and benefit from our personal service.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for every purchase made on our site. This is either attached to your product or sent to your e-mail address.
If you specify your company details and VAT number when ordering, you will receive an invoice with 21% VAT for your accounting purposes.
Warranties & Insurance
What is the Warranty offered on refurbished PCs?
Our products are guaranteed for 3 years (Apple 1 year). This Warranty covers all equipment (excluding consumables) and labor.
If you encounter any problems after the Warranty, your product can always be serviced by our technical department. Estimates are always free of charge.
What does the Warranty on refurbished PCs?
Visit Warranty covers manufacturing and operating defects in the hardware components of the refurbished PC.
In the event of a problem, our after-sales service is there to help you and resolve any malfunctions.
Exclusions from Warranty
Visit Warranty commercial warranty is limited to technical defects and component problems that affect the functionality of your device.
Visit Warranty commerciale will not cover your item if :
It is lost, fallen or broken.
It has been oxidized by a liquid.
It has been opened by a third party (other than our technical department).
In other words, the Warranty The 12-month commercial guarantee will no longer apply if your item has been broken, oxidized, opened by a third party, or shows signs of impact following a fall.
What is the Warranty about batteries?
Batteries are not covered by the warranty. However, they are rigorously tested before sale and have at least 80% of their original capacity at the time of purchase, to ensure reliable everyday use.
If you would like to replace your battery with a new one (at any time before or after purchase), we apply a "cost price" policy: supply and installation of the battery at our purchase price, with no labour costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer via our secure platform and ecocheques. You can choose the payment method that suits you best during the checkout process.
Do you accept ecocheques?
Yes, payment by e-vouchers (Pluxee, Edenred & Monizze) is possible in our store, located in Tubize, Rue de Bruxelles n°1.
Can I pay with my ecocheques online?
Yes, it's possible with cards Pluxee, Edenred or Monizze.
When ordering on our site, simply select Eco-vouchers as a payment method.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an e-mail with the following information secure link allowing you to pay the portion in eco-cheques.

Returns
Who pays for the return journey?
As part of an intervention covered by the After-sales service under the WarrantyOrdigestion will cover the cost of returning the product. during the first 12 months following the date of purchase.
After this period, or if the fault or problem is not solved within the not covered by the Warranty (accidental damage, impact, misuse, normal wear and tear, modified product, or incident not reported on the delivery note), the return costs will be charged to the customer.
In case ofcancellation of orderof retraction or back for personal convenienceThe customer is also responsible for return shipping costs, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions.
What is the withdrawal period?
At PC-occasion.be, you'll get your money back. So if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from PC-occasion.be, you have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to exchange it or get your money back, without having to give any reason.
