1. Payment methods

You can pay in complete security:

  • By credit card via our secure platform (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
  • By advance transfer to our bank account (dispatch after receipt of payment).
  • By direct payment in store (cash or Bancontact).
  • By online payment services (e.g. PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna if available).
  • Eco-vouchers (paper or electronic) for eligible products, mainly reconditioned equipment.

Payments are made in euros. No order will be dispatched without full payment, except by specific prior agreement.


2. Delivery terms and charges

Our parcels are shipped by professional carriers (mainly Bpost and/or DPD).

  • FREE delivery in Belgium for orders over €99.
  • For orders under €99, a flat-rate delivery charge will be applied (indicated when ordering).
  • Packages are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment.
  • The indicative delivery time is 24/48h in Belgium (except in cases of force majeure, busy periods, etc.).
  • The shipment is insured against loss and breakage. The customer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt and report any damage without delay.


3. Warranties

  • New products : Warranty 2 years.
  • Refurbished products : Warranty 3 years, except reconditioned Apple products (1 year), or any other period explicitly mentioned on the product data sheet.
  • Visit Warranty covers hardware failures under normal conditions of use.
  • Excluded from the Warranty commercial: consumables and accessories (in particular battery and charger), normal wear and tear, damage due to shock, liquid, overvoltage, misuse, viruses, software or unauthorized modifications.
  • Condition of reconditioned batteries: They are tested and guaranteed to provide at least 80% of their original capacity at the time of purchase.

In the event of a breakdown covered by Warranty, we will repair or replace the device within a reasonable time. Return and reshipment costs will be covered if the fault is covered by the warranty. WarrantyOtherwise, transport and repair costs will be charged to the customer.


4. Right of withdrawal (online purchases - individuals)

For consumers (individuals)you have a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal (of which 14 legal days, commercially extended to 30 days).

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned complete, clean, in good condition, with its accessories and original packaging.
  • Visit return costs are at your expense and the package travels under your responsibility.
  • In the event of compliant withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid (excluding return costs, and with a possible discount if the product has been used beyond normal test use).

Exceptions:

  • No right of withdrawal on software licenses and activation keys (e.g. Windows, Office) once the license has been issued or activated.
  • No retraction on products assembled or configured to order, nor on services already carried out (troubleshooting, configuration, etc.).

Business customers : the right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B. Any return must be subject to prior written agreement and may result in the deduction of shipping costs as well as fees/commissions charged by payment platforms.


5. Eco-vouchers

Eco-vouchers are not never convertible into cash.

  • If a product paid for in whole or in part by eco-cheques is returned and the return is accepted, the part paid for in eco-cheques cannot be reimbursed in cash.
  • Instead, a credit note / gift certificate of an equivalent amount will be issued, valid 12 monthsfor use on eligible products.


6. Personal data

The data you provide us with (order, delivery, contact) are used solely for processing your purchases, billing and after-sales service, in compliance with the law. RGPD.

7. Disputes

PC-Occasion is aOrdigestion SRL (VAT: BE0821459346 - Rue de Bruxelles 1, 1480 Tubize). In the event of dispute, and failing amicable settlement, the courts of Nivelles are competent for professional customers. For consumers, the competent courts are determined according to Belgian law (consumer's domicile or Ordigestion's registered office).
