You've ordered online and want to change your mind? At pc-occasion.be, we fully respect the legal right of withdrawal and go even further for your peace of mind.

Right of withdrawal & refund policy

In accordance with articles VI.47 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without penalty and without justification.

Advantage pc-occasion.be :
On a strictly commercial basis, pc-occasion.be extends this period and grants you a total cooling-off period of 30 days from receipt of your order.
This allows the customer to evaluate the product as he or she might in a store, i.e. "as if on display".

⚠️ Important:
Products must be returned in perfect condition. Appliances that have been used excessively, installed, damaged, modified or incomplete (missing accessories, damaged packaging, etc.) will not be accepted for return.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal (legal or commercial), simply notify us of your decision:
within 14 days for the legal right, or within 30 days for the commercial deadline granted by pc-occasion.be.

The request must be sent by e-mail to the following address:
info@pc-occasion.be

After notification of your decision, you have a further 14 days to return the product(s) concerned.

Material return

The return can be made :

  • By shipment, at your expense and under your responsibility (pc-occasion.be cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage in transit).
  • By direct deposit in our store:
    Rue de Bruxelles 1, 1480 Tubize

Products must be returned :

  • in their original packaging
  • with all accessories, cables and instructions
  • accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note

Refund

After receipt and complete inspection of the returned equipment, reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days, via the original means of payment.

Special case of eco-voucher payments

Eco-vouchers are not convertible into cash, in accordance with current regulations.

In the event of the return of a product paid for in full or in part by eco-cheques :

  • No refund in cash or by bank transfer is possible for the portion paid in eco-cheques.
  • A credit note in the form of a discount code will be issued
  • This code is valid 1 year on our online store

Where applicable, only the portion paid for by other means (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) may be reimbursed.
