Shipping policy

Delivery

Shipping and delivery information for orders placed on pc-occasion.be.

1. Delivery zones

We deliver mainly in Belgium. Deliveries to other European Union countries may be offered depending on the options available at the time of ordering.


2. Transporters

Packages are shipped via professional transportersmainly :

  • Bpost
  • DPD

The choice of carrier depends on the type of product, weight, destination and options selected when ordering.


3. Shipping times

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon receipt of payment.
  • For Belgium, the indicative delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after shipment.
  • These times are given as an indication only and may vary during peak periods or in the event of force majeure.


4. Delivery charges

  • Free delivery in Belgium from 99 € control unit.
  • For orders of less than €99, special flat-rate delivery charges apply and are clearly indicated before the order is validated.
  • Any charges for other destinations are calculated automatically when the order is placed.


5. Delivery tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation e-mail is sent with, when available, a tracking number to track the progress of your parcel.


6. Receipt of parcel

The customer is obliged to check the condition of the package on receipt. In the event of a damaged, opened or faulty package :

  • make a clear reservation with the carrier if possible,
  • Contact us without delay with photos of the parcel and the product concerned.

Failure to report damage promptly may result in limited coverage for transport-related damage.


7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (address, zip code, telephone number). In the event of an error resulting in a return or a new shipment, penalties will be applied. additional costs can be billed.


8. Late or non-delivery

In the event of abnormal delay or non-receipt, we invite the customer to contact us so that we can open an inquiry with the carrier and find a suitable solution.
