Warranty on refurbished computers

• 3-year commercial hardware warranty, including parts and labour, excluding normal wear of consumables. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

• Every laptop battery is checked before delivery. It retains at least 70% of its original capacity. For models displaying “Battery checked ≥ 80%” on their product page, the minimum is 80%.

  This is the remaining capacity compared with a new battery, not the charge level. Actual runtime depends on the model, usage and settings.

  If the battery falls below the stated minimum during our check before delivery, we replace it at no extra charge to meet that threshold.

  This minimum applies at delivery. Capacity naturally decreases over time and with use; maintaining 70% or 80% throughout the entire warranty period is not promised. Normal wear is not covered by our commercial warranty. Your statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity remain applicable.

• If you would like a new battery while the supplied battery meets the stated requirements, or wish to replace a normally worn battery after purchase, we supply and install it at our purchase price, with no labour charge. Any replacement due under warranty remains free of charge.
• Our customer service remains at your disposal for any additional information or specific requests.

Warranty on APPLE products

• A Warranty of 12 months on equipment, including parts and labor (excluding consumables).

What our Warranty does not cover

Certain situations are excluded from our guarantees, in particular:

• External physical damage (oxidation, impacts, etc.) or caused by improper use.
• Interventions related to software configuration or personal data management.

Terms of application of the Warranty

• Carefully keep your proof of purchase, essential for any claim.
• The period of Warranty begins from the date of purchase.

After-sales service at your disposal

• You can call our Warranty either directly in store, or remotely via a connection to the device, if this is feasible.
• Thanks to our internal technical workshop, we intervene quickly and efficiently to ensure optimal follow-up.
