Warranty on refurbished computers

• 3 years of coverage complete material, including parts and labor (excluding consumables, including the battery).
• Batteries are not covered by the Warranty. They are nevertheless rigorously controlled before being put on sale and present at least 80% of their original capacity at the time of purchase, to ensure reliable daily use.
• If you wish to replace it with a new battery (at any time before and after sale), we apply a policy of “cost price” : supply and installation of the battery at our purchase price, without labor costs.
• Our customer service remains at your disposal for any additional information or specific requests.

Warranty on APPLE products

• A Warranty of 12 months on equipment, including parts and labor (excluding consumables).

What our Warranty does not cover

Certain situations are excluded from our guarantees, in particular:

• External physical damage (oxidation, impacts, etc.) or caused by improper use.
• Interventions related to software configuration or personal data management.

Terms of application of the Warranty

• Carefully keep your proof of purchase, essential for any claim.
• The period of Warranty begins from the date of purchase.

After-sales service at your disposal

• You can call our Warranty either directly in store, or remotely via a connection to the device, if this is feasible.
• Thanks to our internal technical workshop, we intervene quickly and efficiently to ensure optimal follow-up.
