After placing your order, you will receive the instructions needed to send us your old computer.

3. We transfer your data and prepare the new PC
We transfer your user data and configure the new computer. When technically appropriate and possible, we may also clone your existing system to preserve more of your current working environment.

4. You receive both your old and new PC
Once the work is complete, we send your prepared new PC back to you together with your old computer.

What do we transfer?
✓ Personal documents and folders

Important information
Every old computer is different. Some items cannot always be transferred automatically.
• Software that needs to be reinstalled or requires a new licence may not be transferable.
• Unknown passwords or certain security systems may prevent access to some data.
• Data recovery from a damaged, faulty or inaccessible drive is not included in this service.
• An exact clone of your old PC cannot be guaranteed. We choose the method best suited to the hardware and condition of your old computer.
Your data remains yours
We only access the data required to perform the transfer. Your old computer will not be erased unless you explicitly ask us to do so.
If a temporary copy of your data is required during the process, it is kept only for as long as necessary to complete the transfer and is then deleted.
