Good to know

Every old computer is different. Some items cannot always be transferred automatically.

• Software requiring reinstallation or a new licence may not be transferable.
• Unknown passwords or certain security systems may prevent access to some data.
• Data recovery from a damaged, faulty or inaccessible drive is not included in this service.
• A perfectly identical clone of the old PC cannot be guaranteed: we select the method best suited to the hardware and condition of your old computer.

Your data remains your data

We only access the data required to carry out the transfer. Your old computer is not erased unless you specifically ask us to do so.

If a temporary copy of your data is required during the process, it is kept only for as long as necessary to complete the transfer and is then deleted.
